She is the physical representation of Galexia's star seed.The kawaii little red haired odangoe headed girl is the future and most powerfull Sailor Moon. Her sailor form in the anime is Sailor Chibi-Chibi Moon. Her transformation is "Chibichibi crystal power, make up!"
